Don't be obtuse. A case is reviewed at a certain point, a point which is nowhere near in this instance. It will be reviewed once the parties have been served, the defendant answers the claims in the lawsuit, and the case is schedule for a preliminary hearing. AT THAT POINT, A MOTION TO DISMISS CAN BE MADE. A Judge decides NOTHING unless he is asked to decide it by one of the parties. Your ignorance of the law is remarkable for anyone who has achieved a sixth grade education.

Trump sues for sport. He and Habba just got nailed for almost a million dollars for a frivolous lawsuit. In Trump's wisdom he appealed it. He will get nailed for a frivolous appeal next. Trump suing is not a story. A really good suit, that would be something new for him. He uses the courts to run interference for him. Now that is done.

OMFG, you didn't shirk away after making this massive mistake. Instead, you doubled down on it. You literally know nothing. It's amazing. You are the blind squirrel that never does find an acorn.

A civil case is not reviewed by ANYONE other than the clerk who receives the filin this early in the process (before service to the defendants). And it is reviewed only for form, not for content. Not one person here, other than you (because you are a fucking moron) has suggested otherwise. No one. Because most people are smarter than a first grader. But apparently not you.

When the case is filed with a court, it is followed by service to the other parties. The parties are then given a period of time to answer the complaint. Then and ONLY then will the case be put on the docket. And then and ONLY then will a judge entertain motions to dismiss. If there are no motions to dismiss, the case goes forward. The judge does not make a determination of the mertis UNLESS HE IS ASKED TO DO SO BY ONE OF THE PARTIES. That always happens, someone moves for dismissal, but no one has examined the merits of this idiotic lawsuit. It will be dismissed very quickly.

Your absolute lack of understanding of how the court system works is just flabbergasting. I learned this shit in grade school.

Bottom line, a week after the lawsuit is files, no judge or anyone else has reviewed the case for merit. You truly might be one of the dumbest posters I've ever encountered.
