Look, I am no expert on calculating or predicting pandemic deaths. I was basically just repeating something I heard on the 11th Hour Newscast the night before.
The amount of deaths are stunning and shocking to me. And let me just say, that I am sincere in saying that every one of them are 1 too many, and in my opinion totally preventable had the president taken the right actions back in December.
After recently losing a younger sister to cancer, I have an idea what the family members of the dead are going through right now.
My Mom is 90, as of last month, and she is still a very healthy and strong and contributing leader of this family, and she is under my personal care. So , I am having to take extra precautions, in this crisis, to protect her from this deadly virus.
So, there is no one more punchier than I, when it comes to these reckless and ruthless bastards that are playing down the virus. or the casualties involved, or the efforts of the many caring Americans that have as much at stake as I do, in doing everything they possibly can to prevent the spread of this pandemic.
But, trust me, I am on the side of the truly concerned!
We will continue to add to our outrageous totals. We are 4 percent of the earths population and have over 1/3rd of the Corona cases and deaths. I wonder who was in charge when it hit here? It seems all the other countries did better, every fuckling one of them. But we had a stable genius in charge. He refused to believe it, refused to respect the danger and refused to jeopardize his election chances to do the right thing. So Trump has bloody little hands.
Ironically, this virus will doom his re-election chances BECAUSE he did nothing.

65,000 deaths by May 2nd. Not even Cinco de Mayo and it passed predicted flu deaths.
I can see at least 100,000 plus deaths by November.

Unfortunately true, probably even higher unless a miracle cure or vaccine is widely available in the next few months.
There are 185 days from May 2nd to November 3rd. At a thousand per day, that would put us over 240,000 dead Americans. Not exactly an average flu season like the Trumpeteers keep saying it is.

Disagreed since the election is not entirely about Trump. It's about putting an "R" or a "D" in the White House and it's about who's running against Trump. There are lesser factors, but those are the two biggies.

There's a good chance it could be well over that figure. Even if the death rate slowed to a mere 500/day across that nation, that's another 91,500 on top of today's 66,000. If so, then it'd be 157,500 by Election Day. That's given no cure, no vaccine.
