maybe he will read this someday.

He has signed off the internets.

I think we all know what this means.


The man was one of the greatest parts of the internets for me.

You dont meet a poster like him often enough.


I hope the rest of his days are filled with loving family and happy momments.

He has lived his life in such a way I know this will be the case.


I love him and always will.

I though some on here would like to know.

I hate to read that.

I hope the rest of his days are happy and filled with laughter. He and I didn't agree on everything, but I wish him all the best.

I remember certain posters doubting that he was ill at all. :mad:
 
He was simply the best.

He is awsome and if there is ANY hereafter in this universe we inhabit he will be one of the people I look up.
 
The likelyhood is he is in the process of dying.

He didnt say he was dying but he said he would was signing off the ip world.

If you remember he was ill for some time.

He managed to hang on much longer ( and still is I hope) than his drs told him he would.

He is a great friend and a very bright and insightful man.

I hope he continues to beat the odds and signs back on.

Basically it reads like he died.

I never doubted he was ill. But lots of old people just dont give a shit anymore, they just might not bother etc, he might live another 10 years and not post on a message board

That reads a bit like you are hoping that JPP reaches up to heaven or wherever.

I believe that he said he was in a wheelchair and hooked up to oxygen several hours a day so I'm assuming that he has/had a lung disease.

But a real read of the post makes it clear.

I suspect Grind as usual didnt read what I said to see what I convying.

He read it to find some fault with it because I wrote it.

He is so deep into a mentality in which he seeks oneupmanship in every human interaction he is missing out on real life.

desh, you speak in metaphors a lot. It's not a big deal. It sounded like he died. Ok, he didn't. I didn't have an ulterior motive.
 
OK Dude point taken.

You merely jumped to a conclusion that was reasonable at reading such an emotionally charged thread.

The guy IS awesome and I simply wish I could have about 100 more years of his wit and wisdom.

You were lucky to have known him as was I.

He simply asked me to randomize his password so that he wouldn't be tempted to come back, said he was leaving the interwebs back then. My guess is he was too proud to come back here after making a fuss like that about quitting. Too bad really, he was the only guy who had more posts than I do.

Oh, no. I'm so sorry to hear this. He was nice to me right from the beginning of my posting here. He was really sharp and I enjoyed his take on things. He was always able to see the humor.

I'll hold him in my heart and mind and wish him all the peace and happiness he deserves.
