You are not associating someone that doesn't use a vaccine with 'idiot'. You would be breaking the law with such a hiring practice.

Most states are at-will states, so can fire anyone for just about any reason. So you can fire someone and force them to reapply for their job, and if they are not vaccinated, they do not get hired.

Imagine if the zealous enforcers of mask mandates had the power to deny you access to public places because you have not “gotten your shot.” Even worse, what if a potential employer had to ensure you were “properly” vaccinated before hiring you? This could come to pass if proponents of mandatory E-Verify have their way.

E-Verify requires employers to submit personal identifying information — such as a social security numbers and biometric data — to a government database to ensure job applicants have federal permission to hold jobs.

Currently, E-Verify is only used to assure a job applicant is a citizen or legal resident. However, its use could be expanded to advancing other purposes, such as ensuring a potential new hire has taken all the recommended vaccines.

E-Verify could even be used to check if a job applicant has ever expressed, or associated with someone who has expressed, “hate speech,” “conspiracy theories,” or “Russian disinformation,” which is code for facts embarrassing to the political class.

Many employers will be reluctant to hire such an employee for fear their businesses will become the next targets of “cancel culture.” Those who doubt this should consider how many businesses have folded under pressure from the cultural Marxists and fired someone for expressing an “unapproved” thought.

Politicians and bureaucrats have used overblown fear of coronavirus to justify the largest infringement of individual liberty in modern times. Covid tyranny has been aided by many Americans who are not just willing to sacrifice their liberty for phony security, but who help government take away liberty from their fellow citizens.

The good news is that, as it becomes increasingly clear that there was no need to shut down the economy, throw millions out of work, subject children to the fraud of “virtual” learning, and force everyone to wear a mask, more people are turning against the politicians and “experts” behind the lockdowns and mandates. Hopefully, these Americans will realize that, in addition to coronavirus lockdowns and mandates, the entire welfare-warfare-fiat money system is built on a foundation of lies.

Wear your mask.
Get your inoculation.
Be considerate and a good citizen.

These are obviously the demands of a Hitlerian dictator if you're a complete fucking idiot.
These are pretty near self-evident if you're a normal, sentient human being.

In most states, that case would be pre-dismissed by a judge, and no jury would ever see it. Because the contingent firing happened to everyone, no discrimination. And no illegal discrimination on the hiring, as long as I can prove that I believe that it makes a difference in doing the job. Mind you, I do not have to prove that it actually does make a difference, just that I believe it. Anti-vaxxers are not a protected group.

Next you will be complaining that I hire educated people, and not you... so that is discrimination.

As America continues to get more totalitarian, and it will, it is only a matter of time before vaccines become effectively not refusable. That is a problem now that we have proven willing to mass vaccinate with rapidly developed very lightly tested substances. It is only a matter of time till we have a vaccine disaster.

And next you will tell me that I am discriminating against people who do not have an education. I am allowed to discriminate against people who fail to qualify for a job. If one of the qualifications is having the vaccine, then it is not illegal discrimination. Anti-vaxxers are not a protected group, so there is no assumption of equality.

If I as an employer believe that not passing on Covid-19 to other people is important for a job, I can refuse to hire people who do not get the vaccine.

Gorsuch decided that an employer is allowed to fire someone for refusing to die. In Gorsuch's world, someone who refuses to die when ordered to, can be fired.

There are many fields that do not require a college education. And there are other jobs that require more than a college education. As an employer, I am allowed to "discriminate" against people without an education, because I am allowed to place reasonable job requirements.
