West less than 90 days from economic supercrash

^^ One of the worst predictions in JPP history

Hawkeye was certainly mistaken in terms of the "less than 90 days", but I suspect if he'd given a wider margin for error, he may have been on the money. I personally don't profess to have some set in stone window wherein the U.S. might have an economic supercrash, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were to happen this year. That being said, I could have said the same for the past several years as well. Here's a recent article on billionaires preparing for bad times:

Why are billionaires building doomsday bunkers? | dataconomy.com

That being said, there's been articles in this vein for a few years as well. Here's one from 2017:

Doomsday Prep for the Super-Rich | The New Yorker

It certainly makes sense to me to try to prepare for bad times. Ofcourse, not everyone can prepare like the super rich- we essentially have to compromise between what we need now and what we can afford to put into preparing for times much worse than now.

Anytime a Democratic president is in office, people like Hawkeye10 are always predicting imminent economic collapse.

Meanwhile, 11 out of 13 post WW2 recessions have been during Republican presidencies, including the three Great Recessions of 2020, 2008, and 1982.

It's crunch time.

Alastair Crooke - the gold, platinum and rare earth analytical standard - has warned in his must-read column 'Escalations Cannot Be Stopped - the White House is Rattled; Escalations Might all Fuse Into 'One' - that all hot spots may blow up all at once, destroying the ENTIRE U.S. "alliance system".

Sergey Lavrov, as usual, nailed it, when he said that if Gaza is destroyed, the resulting catastrophe will last "decades, if not centuries."

What started as a roll of the dice in Gaza is now
expanding to all of West Asia and then to Europe, Africa and Asia. You all remember how all of this actually started with the Brzezinski-tinged gambit in Ukraine to
cut off Europe from Russian natural resources, and is now veering towards the greatest world crisis since 1939.

The Straussian neocon psychos in D.C. have no clue how to back off, so there is less than zero hope for
a peaceful solution.

As I stress in my latest column 'Iran-Russia Set a Western Trap in Palestine' the leaders of major oil producers - Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait - can cut off almost half of oil production in the world in one fell swoop, demolishing the entire economies
of the EU and U.S. without firing a shot.

Diplomatic sources assure this IS being seriously considered. It would be the final checkmate to the exceptionalists who have posed as rulers of the world since 1991.

this is why the domestic terrorist dems oppose "drill baby drill".
:truestory:

I prefer the situation now to the Great Trump Recession of 2020, or the Great Republican Recession of 2008.

Most intelligent people do. Here's an amusing bit of irony for you. There used to be a "Trump Store" in town, in mid-2020. Never went in there, fearing that the stench would cling to me for days. It sold Trump crap, as you might expect -- shirts, hats, signs, banners, etc. It was only open a few weeks and then *poof* it was gone. The building has been vacant ever since. Meanwhile, we've had numerous new businesses open up across town. Help wanted signs are not nearly as numerous as they were four years ago. New constructions -- homes, restaurants, businesses -- are springing up all over. I can only imagine how much more of this there is in more populated and affluent areas.

I always feel like Trump merchandise, Trump sneakers, Trump cologne are just grifts, and do not really represent hard working American entrepreneurs seeking to create lasting value and customer relationships.

You're right. That stuff is garbage meant to separate hard-working people from their hard-earned dollars. But it's still a free country so they're at liberty to throw their money away if they like. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that a good number of those who donate to #TRE45ON and/or buy his trash are on some form of public assistance, would you?

I do believe a significant portion of Trump-loving, government-hating MAGA morons are on some form of government assistance, whether it's disability, Medicare, Medicaid, etc

Yep. And that explains why a certain number of our less-well-intellectually-endowed Reichwingers here constantly accuse non-MAGATs of being on welfare. Classic projection!

Just to remind everyone, we are now half a year after being less than 90 days from the worst collapse in human history. Either we are several months into a horrible post apocalyptic world, or the alt right were completely wrong.

Max Azzarello, the man who set himself on fire outside the courthouse of the Donald Trump trial says he did 1500 hours of research to learn:

“We live in a secret kleptocracy. That's when the government gets taken over by con artists whose only job is to steal from the public”

“Wanna learn the biggest secret in the world? In March 2023, sketchy billionaire Peter Thiel (Former CEO of PayPal & first outside investor of Facebook) started a bank run. I did 1500 hours of research and I learned all their rotten secrets. The big one is the cryptocurrency is history's first planetary multi-trillion Ponzi scheme.

That's an economic doomsday device and when that Ponzi goes insolvent, as all Ponzis must, we'll get the worst economic collapse in world history. And every powerful person you can think of is in on it. Wanna know why everything gets worse and more expensive? That's because we live in a secret kleptocracy. That's when the government gets taken over by con artists whose only job is to steal from the public.

And I hope you know this is wonderful news because now that the public knows about the secret kleptocracy, they get to abolish their criminal government.

Start a f***** revolution. Start a f***** revolution. Start a f***** revolution. You've got nothing to lose”
