Fredo, it’s not a crime or a sin to be lonely. It’s human. Introverts can handle loneliness a lot better than extroverts, but it’s still human to feel loneliness like you are experiencing.

My advice is to get out more. Go to the store, to your community dining room or anywhere with people. You only need to be around them, not necessarily talk to anyone. Just walk around for awhile.
