The wealth gap today is the result of Barrack Obama's economic policies of tax and regulate and put more and more of the so-called working class on the welfare dole. He set new records for food stamp handouts and workman's compensation creating a welfare state harnessing vast numbers of the so-called working class to a government reliance and diminishing their incentive to work and be self reliant. The folks made the best choice by electing Trump. His "TRUMP ECONOMY" is providing millions of jobs and wages for the "WORKING CLASS" are rising. Get behind him and recreate the thriving middle class.

The US economy was in freefall when Obama took office.. That started in the second quarter of 2001.. Don't you think that if there had been a quick fix Dubya would have fixed it before he left office?

Trump aggressively went after over regulations and cut the corporate tax down to a competitive number. The result IS a roaring economy.

I realize im very late to this thread but I will keep it simple. Socialism as our progressive left thinks it is, is a bunch of Ocasios that dont have the brains or knowledge of 6th graders, telling everyone that doesnt want to work, has never worked and has been living off the Govt and taxpayers all their lives, that they are going to give it ALL to them for free.

Nothing is free this country cannot afford medicare for all and free college for all because the rich dont pay for anything and theres not enough working americans to carry the load.

The more you give for free the less people will work, WHAT FOR!!! if I can get free healthcare, free college, welfare, housing asst, get paid more for each kid I have why in the world would I get up every morning and go bust my ass for 40 or more hours a week. WHY !!!!!

By the second quarter of 2001 most Fortune 500 companies had a hiring freeze and put projects on hold.. and the housing market was blown up with no where to go but down. By 2004-2005 it was full scale in most but a few select markets.

How come the food stamp recipients are falling off of the rolls by the thousands and now even wage rates for the middle class workers are going up. Obama came in and continued the exact same ignorant policies to deal with the economy as was already in effect from the Dubya administration. BAIL OUT THE BLEEPING BIG BANKS and turn over the economy to the federal reserve to artificially keep interest rates lower than the rate of inflation. While food prices and gas prices skyrocketed and thereby sticking it to every American with savings, especially the elderly.
