Well, i don't know about all, but certainly Clinton, the Bush boys and Gerald.

Seems having in place a system which presupposed the inherrent honesty of a President was rather short sighted. When was the last one (anywhere) to place the integrity of office and the duty to country ahead of petty personal and party advantage?
