California still hasn't even decriminalized. If I got caught with weed in mass I would have to pay a fine less than a speeding ticket. And that's if I had my id one me. I don't need to have identification if I am randomly smoking a bowl somewhere. So If a cop approaches me, I can give a fake name, and not even have to pay the fine.
I can possess up to an ounce. BOOOOYA.

1) Fittest state.... which brings us to the obvious... not as many fat people destroying your views
2) Rocky Mountains.... best ski resorts in the country... only Utah is close by comparison
3) Rocky Mountains.... provide phenomenal white water rafting, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, road biking
4) drier climate... thus very few bugs/mosquitoes to annoy the ever living crap out of you and none of that 4000% humidity you find on the coasts
5) lots and lots of sunshine
6) More Medical MJ dispensaries than Starbucks (that is the equivalent to Dunks out east).... this one is here to make toppy drool
