Where is the proof?

Remember when liberals were against investigations?

Also, Thingy has yet to back up his claim about 16 intelligence agencies.

Just more lies by him.
It was actually 17 agencies that had intel on the Russian hacking, plus several foreign agencies, so Thing was off by 1.

Really? That's why a GOP-controlled Congress is investigating?

You realize congress doesn't actually investigate anything right?

The left has put enough political pressure on congress that they have requested the FBI to investigate it. The previous administration would have liked nothing better than to pin the tail on the Trump donkey---but apparently they were unable to.

Actually, Darth, Congress does really investigate things. And it's not just "the left" - conservatives have also called for this investigation.

Sorry on both counts.

All this time I thought congress was a legislative body lol.

Who'd a thunk it.

Congress doesn't have a crime lab.

They provide oversight in investigations via appointed committees. You really are a literalist lol.

They have the ability to subpoena, hold hearings, conduct interviews, compel witnesses to product documents, take testimony, et al.

They investigate.

The Federal Bureau of *Investigation* lol.

Congress can ask questions though. So you're not totally wrong.

To answer the question above - probably not, unless they're really stupid.

As for what they're supposed to investigate today - they can investigate what happened during the campaign. Again, this is how a lot of investigations work.

they've been doing that for six months, if not longer.....do you think there's something that hasn't been investigated?......

There actually is. There are key players that they haven't interviewed yet. The committee is getting criticized for dragging its feet on that.

6 months is a fairly meaningless timeframe out of context. Investigations can take much longer that in some cases.
