Who gets into heaven

It's logically incoherent to believe the universe is infinitely old, and we can therefore just sweep an origin or creation under the carpet. In an infinitely old universe we would have had to traverse an infinite amount of time to arrive at today.
So, your idea of the infinite is wrong.

We experience this universe as temporal. Time is not something we can pretend doesn't exist.

In an infinitely old universe we would have had to traverse an infinite amount of time to arrive at today. That idea is incoherent, illogical, unintelligible, because today would never have gotten here if that were the case.
As I have said, none of that is true or rational.
A universe uncreated is not "infinite" in your sense, just something that always existed.
