They likely will be offered a choice between receiving the vaccine, or finding other employment. We were required to get the yearly influenza vaccine in order to protect our patients; health care facilities are going to do the same thing with this vax.

It's probably true. Even Democrats are religious. About 40% are Christians IIRC.
Regardless, the statistics prove it's Republican males who overwhelmly refuse vaccinations. I won a bet on it...even thought the RWNJ welched.
FWIW, I was vaccinated yesterday with my first dose of Moderna and go back on April 20th.

Intelligent, educated and sane people understand the US has changed a bit since 1918. Still, personal rights haven't.
If a person doesn't want a vaccine, they shouldn't be forced to do so. If a business wants to require all employees to be vaccinated or take other precautions for keeping their workers healthy such as working from home, that's their choice. Employees are not required to work for a particular employer.
