It suggests that guns need to be registered, and that first time purchasers, as well as anybody stocking up on loads of ammo, be required to complete a psyche evaluation.

Obviously to anyone outside the USA, and the majority of people inside the USA, but not obvious to the people who support the Child Molesting NRA. I really do not think it is about guns anymore. The NRA is more about child molesting and stealing money.

That certainly is what the Nazis claimed. Let me give you a better explanation: it was the Nazis committing genocide against the Jews. They killed rich Jews and poor Jews.
