Sure, every country has regional cultures. Germany has Bavaria, the Rhineland, Swabia, Franconia, and so on. But all of those people still consider themselves Germans. Blacks don't see themselves as American. They identify more with Blacks in Africa than they do with American Whites.

Gun manufactures are experts on shootings. They design each weapon to perform well for the type or types of shooting the market wants. The test fire the weapon to prove it's reliability and safety. Ammunition is likewise manufactured to tight tolerances and likewise quality tested. You can't get better experts than that! Glad to see you agree. Similarly, the FBI and the police are experts on shootings. They are trained to handle their firearms well. So are soldiers. So are many private citizens. Strange but DNA testing has become a huge and growing industry. People seem to be very interested in their ancestry.

DNA's opponents are shifty characters trying to get their mitts on what they ought not have. With DNA technology available specific organizations of certain nationalities can test the authenticity of their populations. Such as, here in America, native American tribes or Armenians and Jews. All three of which run very restrictive race rules within their respective cultures. Same can be said for larger populous races such as Scandinavian-Germanic people, French and English people, Greeks and Italians. Truth is though with the more populous races there isn't as much of a fuss because the purest of each population is usually the wealthy ones, far removed and insulated from the mixed portion of their race. If you're not sure, just test. If you're poor and say, English or German well then the prince of Warsaw isn't going to stumble over roadblocks to preserve your heritage, you're one in a hundred million.
