Why Do You Believe What You Believe?

You have failed, punk, in your miserably pathetic backdoor attempt.

General Welfare Clause is alive and well and validates on numerous occasions by all three branches of government. Madison, bless his heart, set up a damn good system, didn't he? And it works. Butler, Helvering, and Doke are perfect examples.

Checkmate

A simple yes or no answer is all that is required, lol

Did the signers of the Constitution agree with Madison unanimously, yes or no?

I think it depends on the issue, but to me it comes down to this.

I believe Corporations and other big businesses have making money instead of a heart.

I believe individuals, for the most part, have a heart for a heart.

I believe in as much freedom for individuals as possible. When its a debatable issue I err on the side of freedom for the individual. Corporations and big business must be restrained by Government or they will severely limit freedom for the masses. This is the defect of Capitalism, unrestrained it enslaves the people... properly restrained it is the best economic system we have.

The government must be restrained or they will severely limit freedom. You say you believe in freedom for the individual yet you don't have a problem supporting government mandating that one group, the contributors to society, constantly take care of the other group, the takers. You say you support a woman's freedom to do with her body what she chooses yet you have no problem when that woman, despite telling others to butt out of her choice, demands those she told to butt out to financially help her when she can't afford the choices she made. Every time the government sticks it's nose in it limits the individual freedom you claim you support.

(laughing)

I always love that particular retreat for the losers. You get decisions you don't like and suddenly they are unelected black robed tyrants. Why do you hate the Construction of the Constitution?

Whiney fucking losers.

Did you like Dred Scott? Plessy v. Ferguson? Citizens United?

Why aren't those settled law like the cases with which you agree?

I had to check to see if you were on the Illiterate Dumbfuck list. Odd that you were not. Obviously, you are a Dumbfuck, but, until now, not an illiterate one.

Congratulations though. You are now the newest member of the Illiterate Dumbfucks.

I don't have to see if you're on the NL list. You're a charter member.

domer is the type that calls SCOTUS decisions with which he agrees settled law yet those with which he disagrees need to be reviewed.

^This habitual liar can't back that claim up with a single citation. That's why he is a habitually lying, dogshit bagging pigfucker.

So you agree with Dred Scott? Plessy v. Ferguson?

Claims the pussy that showed pictures stating it was me then admits he lied because he's not man enough to live up to his own word.

Nope. They sure didn't. They signed the Constitution to agree to send it to the states for ratification.

Not even a good try.

OMG, you are without a doubt the stupidest motherfucker on this board. that you even remotely believe the bullshit history you are posting puts you LEAGUES above the idiot mark even compared to that colossal moron Desh.

It's amazing, isn't it? This guy actually believes that the Founders risked everything they owned, included their lives and families, to rebel against an oppressive central government, only to create one of their own a few years later. And this is a 62 year old man, who supposedly learned history when they used to teach actual history. If his generation is that stupid, I can't imagine how the subsequent ones will be.

lol So in your world, the signers signed something that they didn't agree with lol

They sure did, idiot. At least parts of it.

See if you can figure out which of the signers said this:

"There are several parts of this Constitution which I do not at present approve, but I am not sure I shall never approve them." He would accept the Constitution, "because I expect no better and because I am not sure that it is not the best"

You won't because you are too fucking lazy.

I'm laughing at your massive ignorance. There was lots of dissent about the final draft. The endorsing document had this language, you fucking moron. What do you think it means?

"Done in convention by the unanimous consent of the states present..."

You won't figure it out because you're too fucking lazy to do any homework.

Two massively ignorant twatwaddles when it comes to the Constitution. Try doing just a little reading on the different factions that were involved in writing the Constitution. You stupid fucktards won't because you are too fucking lazy and prefer to argue out of knee jerk emotion and willful ignorance.

Oh, I have. There were guys like Hamilton who wanted a monarchy. He was in the minority and lost the debate. lol

The point went completely over your head, idiot. Your claim is that all the signers agreed with all parts based solely on the fact they signed it. I just gave you proof that your claim is ignorant bullshit. And you can't even figure that out. Pathetic.

As long as your wife keeps oinking when I stick it to her, you're welcome to stay around here and be abused like the coward you are.
