Why do you need feminism?

Face it dude. they have 51% of the money and all the pussy.....they're way smarter than us. Any guy with half a brain knows that!!

I am not arguing whether they are smarter than us or not. I am saying that if they are so much smarter, have more of the money, are more of them, how do they possibly allow themselves to be paid less if your claims are true?

Look at Hedy Lamarr, she was astonishingly clever but she never profited from it.

Was co-inventor (with composer George Antheil) of the earliest known form of the telecommunications method known as "frequency hopping", which used a piano roll to change between 88 frequencies and was intended to make radio-guided torpedoes harder for enemies to detect or to jam. The method received U.S. patent number 2,292,387 on Aug. 11, 1942, under the name "Secret Communications System". Frequency hopping is now widely used in cellular phones and other modern technology. However neither she nor Antheil profited from this fact, because their patents were allowed to expire decades before the modern wireless boom. She received an award from the Electronic Frontier Foundation in 1997 for her pioneering work in spread-spectrum technology.

That's HEDLEY

The fact that you think the difference in pay is merit based is simply a sign of your own ignorance.

And the "eunuch" and "vagina" comments are laughable and show how right I am about you.

The point is, when people are hired for the same work and have the same experience, paying the man more is discrimination. It is that simple.

Overall, women make $0.77 for every dollar men make. YOu are claiming that is because men work harder?

That is overall. Which means little. It has to be a direct comparison... same job, same skill set.

Ask Lily Ledbetter.

I worked at a company; there was a class action lawsuit. As part of that, data on salaries was analyzed. As my friend said, looking at the numbers - and this was for similar jobs, similar ranks, similar skills - any woman who thought she was paid the same as the men was fooling herself. The women, across the board, made less money than men.

Similar doesn't mean the SAME.
