I wasn't there and to the best of my knowledge there is no audio; but the video does show Tamir pulling it from his pants.
I've never known any cop that to tell someone to drop a gun, that's in their waistband, but I'm betting that you just want to play games; because if you confronted someone who was armed and they started to draw their weapon, I'm pretty sure that the talking would be done.

granted, no audio. also, cop responded alone so I can't attribute confusion of commands as a possible issue.

I think i've made two posts at all about the rice shooting and neither were defending or supporting the officer or the kid. If the officer commanded the kid to drop the gun, then shot him as he pulled it out to do so, the cop should be held accountable. If the cop said 'hands up' or something to that effect, then i'd have to justify the shooting.

despite what you want to believe about my 'cophating', it just isn't so.

I disagree on the "confusion of commands"; because I've seen enough video's where the person failed to do as they were told.
