With the exception of Puerto Ricans, Dominicans & a few Mexican hoods in Los Angeles.

Most of the nations with the highest educational PISA scores are not overly emotional.

Like Japan, China, Estonia, Korea, Finland, and Poland.

On the inverse. The opposite holds true for the lowest PISA scores.
