Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz on Friday rejected the idea that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's accuser should be believed simply because she is a woman, and said people who say "I believe her" are basing that assessment on almost zero evidence.

"The most disturbing thing is these people who are on television, some people I know and respect, [who say] 'I believe her,'" Dershowitz said on Fox News.

"You never met her. You don't know anything about her," he said. "Are women born with a special gene for telling the truth, and men with a special gene for lying?"

It's a cold case. There are no leads.

The only evidence to be investigated is her testimony. So let's hear it under oath. Kavanaugh already testified under oath. She refuses. :dunno:

Bottom line, TOP, is that right now one side is asking for an FBI investigation to find out if more can be found...and the other side is doing everything it can to prevent the FBI from investigating and finding more.

The charge was made by Ford who knew Kavanaugh...and knew Judge whom she identified as a witness and an enabler. One side wants Judge to testify and one side does not.

Which side is acting more like the party trying to hide something?

That is because the puppet masters have instructed them to claim the kind of nonsense Darth regularly claims.

And the people who are guessing she is a "lying slut" as some here guess...are as silly.

We don't know the truth...and we should at least investigate it further.

But the last thing in the world the assholes on your side want...is to investigate further.

And we should investigate further.

She's a pussy hat wearing shill used as a last ditch effort to prevent an excellent and qualified judge from being confirmed.

Her behavior and actions are typical of the wickedness and vile attitudes of the Democrats.

Just exactly how would you investigate any of this. You have witness testimony.

Kavanaugh has secured representation of an attorney known for her success in defamation cases.

Ford is a liar. I hope she is sued and put in jail.
