I dont think it would be near as harmful as a national media attack like was done to her and her father in 2000.

There was no national media attack about her in 2000. There was one push poll done in a Southern State that has still never been proven to be done by those who the left says it was done by. I believe that it was done by somebody other than who they want us to believe did it. Mostly because the Right didn't believe it, and that trick wouldn't work for more than 10 minutes and one "She's adopted from..." repeated in the media.

I get tired of the left making a big deal of "race" and pretending it is the Right that is.

This doesn't mean I support McCain, it just means I watch who makes such a huge deal over what would have died long ago in SC when it was done with just a little bit of air in the media with the truth rather than a pretend "OMG look what they've done!"

However, I have never made any pretend post stating I would ever vote for a Democrat. You should know better than that.

I'm still leaning towards the Libertarian, it really depends on who that winds up being.

I call bullshit. What Jarrod was trying to bring up was that 8 years ago George W. Bush or one of his surrogates did a push poll which capitalized on the fact that McCain had a brown child and asked a question about whether you would vote for him if you knew he had an illegitimate black child. What anyone with even a bit of logical though process could see he was getting at was that McCain was hiding her to avoid the same dirty tricks by HIS OWN PARTY. AGAIN! It is the Republicans that typically play the nasty race card whenever they can. Welfare queens with Cadilacs, Willie Horton and John McCain's illegitimate black child were all dreamed up by REPUBLICANS including one that was so nasty that as he was dying of a brain tumor he apologized for what a scumbag he was.

Then you get Jarod and Desh stirring up shit asking why McCain doesn't have photos of his kids on his site, then proclaiming it is because of Bridget. Desh making accusations about his family when she had absolutely no fucking clue as to how many kids McCain had.

Then lets also address Damo's point. It takes mere seconds to discredit the illegitimate kid angle... and you know it. There is also his second point that it never was proven just who was behind the attack in S Carolina. I personally believe it was other Reps, but his point that it could have been Dems also has credibility. Because you know they would have rather faced Bush than McCain. McCain would have destroyed Gore.
