Issues aren't always black and white. Sometimes folks vote for other reasons.

If someone runs as a conservative, is elected as a conservative, supports conservative causes, opposes liberal causes, and votes in a conservative line, are you saying that they may not actually be a conservative?

Solitary is so desperate for a gotcha he'll say just about anything. :)

There is no need for a gotcha, as you have already proved that.

What I am trying to do now is to understand the rationale behind what you are claiming.

You are the one who claimed (in response to the listed voting record) that "Sometimes folks vote for other reasons".

I am trying to clarify what you mean. What other reasons would Larry Craig have had for voting the way he did?

Solitary is so desperate for a gotcha he'll say just about anything. :)

Also, you are trying to make it sound as though I am making some outrageous statement. I am simply making sure you mean what it appears you mean. Since you do not want to make serious, defining statements, we have to work on you to get the entire truth from you.

I simply took your statement about people voting a certain way for other reasons, and expounded on it in the only way that it would apply to someone you have already said is not a conservative.
