Havana isn't my friend you brain dead loon. We have never met and I haven't even "friended" him on this forum. I do wish you could get even the simplest of facts correct. But alas, you're a JackOff moron.

Why do I need to ask him? I know people who have dealt with the shitty system over there and have numerous Canadian friends who deal with their shitty system.

Let me share a true anecdotal story about Britain's vaunted healthcare system. My co-workers father lived in the UK. He had some heart problems and went to see the doctor. It took over a month just to get an appointment. They ran a bunch of tests and determined that he had some blockage and needed by-pass surgery. He was placed on a WAITING list. Now keep in mind, if he had that same condition here, he would have never left the hospital. But the British health care system, being so much better than ours, placed him on a waiting list.

In fear of the inevitable, my co-workers father came to the decision they would go outside the Government channel and pay extra for consideration through private access. This was on top of the confiscatory rates they were already paying to participate in that great Government managed system mind you. He was then placed on a "shorter" waiting list. He died two weeks later of a massive heart attack.

Now JackOff, this is not an isolated event. There are THOUSANDS of stories like these within the many nations you brain dead liberal hacks love to source.

My best friend living in Ottawa called me a while back complaining about his acid reflex and the fact that he had to wait THREE months to see a doctor. I asked him why and got the inevitable, "someone else probably needed it worse than me" response. Again I said, if a system works correctly, NO ONE should have to wait AT ALL.

Carry on JackOff. You need to get out more and visit some of these countries. Oh, and by the way, half my family is living in Germany and I was born there. So I know about the shitty systems in Europe as well.

I don’t defend how we pay for healthcare in this country. I have already outlined the fix numerous times. If you want to know then I suggest you search the site. If you don’t know how have a five year old explain it to you.

I have no desire to explain complex economics to a financial illiterate.

Of course it was a step towards Universal Healthcare, and could have been paid for by the funds already being placed in Medicare, Medicaid, and the private insurers. Of course, understanding that concept would be far beyond that of a financial "wizard" such as yourself.

But you see "genius", all you, and the Repugnant "geniuses" you support, accomplished by not working with the Democrats (as the Democrats did with the Repugnant ones over Medicare Part D) was to place more people on the uninsured rolls thus driving up the costs of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and thus the cost of premiums. Like all of the promises made by the liar you love the most the promise of a better system as forecasted by the Repugnant ones was a lie.

Of course, the ACA was a Repugnant Party plan to begin with.
