A couple of things I would like to educate you on

1) Two of those Senators (Murkowski and Collins) have already voted once to confirm Kavanaugh to his current seat. Something colossal would have to come out during the confirmation hearings for them to plausibly say they are voting against him
2) While I don't think it would happen, I would not be surprised to see Flake and Corker vote against him as a big fuck you to Trump. Same with McCain

3) But, we have three to four democrats in states that Trump won BIGLY in the Presidential election that are fighting for their political lives to win re-election

Do you think Manchin will stay in line with Schumer? A vote against Kavanaugh will assure a Manchin loss. Same with Heidtkamp and Donnelly.

The court is closely divided and this pro corporate, anti worker,pro birther, believer in an imperial presidencty could have profound effects on the country for a long time. He is dangerous and bad choice. However the 2 female Repub senators are pro Roe v Wade rights. That is a big deal to them.

No, nothing assures a loss or a victory. They may be able to vote their consciences and win theit seats.
