Zero Republican Professors in More Than Half of Surveyed University Departments

GAHAHAHAHA. You know not of which you speak, loser. A Journeyman Electrician typically makes six figures not including bennies as opposed to a college grad with a degree in gedner studies.

Most of the people going to college are not seeking the highest paycheck--they want a job they like and to become educated.

Given that plumbers make more than many college graduates, it might be exciting for them...

Many college graduates would not take a job they don't enjoy just to make more money. I am not critical of being a plumber, just defending college graduates for wanting more than money.

And I especially dislike trying to pit different social classes against each other (Marxism)

Nice populist line, but like most Trumper "alternative facts", it's threaded with half-truths.

For one thing, Trade School is "college" AKA higher education. Some are rip-offs, but community college plans can offer a two year program into plumbing, HVAC, welding and other trades for a reasonable price.

While the four year college degree used to open the door to greater wealth than trade schools, that's not always true due to the high debt some students accumulate to earn their degree. It's mainly a matter of the choice of school, the choice of degree, scholarships, and measures to reduce costs such as attending community college first.

The fact you are an anti-government Trumper, Terry, is one reason why you hate officers and neglected to mention that military officers, FBI agents, doctors and lawyers all require college degrees and, at a guess, make more money than most plumbers.

All that said, Flash made an excellent point about Americans going into a career field they like. It's not always about the money. It wasn't about the money with me and never has been. People who like what they do make enough money to be happy.

Repubs don't see teaching as a valuable way of life. They scoff at them and insult them. They want complete control over them.

That's because they deserved to be scoffed at and insulted. In the two years I wasted at college, I had a grand total of one! That's right, ONE Conservative professor. Everyone else was a whackjob Leftist.
