I think limits on speech rights should require a bit more malicious intent on the part of the speaker and some clearer sign of damage to alleged victim. The same is true with Zimmerman's case. It should be more like the Breitbart/Sherrod case were he combined his editing tricks with calling her a racist and that clearly led to her losing her job. NBC did not make a charge against Zimmerman's character based on the tape that I saw and I fail to see how he was harmed by any of it.

No, they didn't win. They lost on everything, except the court ruled that she was a "whistleblower" and even that was overturned by the appellate court.

Interesting that a corpse was essentially put on trial for causing his own death at the hands of a wanna-be cop acting on a "suspicion". Oh well, Freedumb is happy, so that's all that matters.
