The 14th identifies three classes of people.

It says STATE ....
Fifth Amendment says, "No person shall be subject, except in cases of impeachment, to more than one punishment or trial for the same offense; nor shall be compelled to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor be obliged to relinquish his property, where it may be necessary for public use, without just compensation. ...Except in cases of impeachments, and cases arising in the land or naval forces, or the militia when on actual service, in time of war or public danger ... in all crimes punishable with loss of life or member, presentment or indictment by a grand jury shall be an essential preliminary"

It's good to see the abject fear in you of the Stalinist left.

But what do you think your post has to do with Comrade Jerri's meltdown about potentially losing anchor babies?

America has a lot to atone for, doesn't it?
Yes but not this. They didn't pay taxes or serve in the military to support and protect the country. The SCOTUS said they weren't citizens of the USA in Elk v Wilkins. The man that wrote the 14th Amendment was still alive and politically active writing many articles. He was silent on the SCOTUS decision.

You are, as is your way, 100% totally wrong about that. Some of our very best soldiers have been Native Americans. And yes, bimbo, they pay taxes like everyone else.

Here, ask your nurse to read this to you.

"The draft, which started with the Selective Service Act in May 1917, included Native Americans – both citizen and non-citizen – alike. Despite one-third of Native populations lacking U.S. citizenship, many embraced the call to action, while others resisted. Ultimately, over 12,000 Native Americans would serve in the U.S. military in World War I. The Onondaga and Oneida Nations formally declared war against Germany. Additionally, around 10,000 volunteered with the American Red Cross. The motivations behind engaging in the war effort were diverse and complex, including:" (list)

And having once again vanquished the ignorant and stupid...

Not one bit. You are. You are using words that aren’t in there. Subject to the jurisdiction is key clause
That means they are entitled to present a case in court. They have rights. Throwing them on a plane and sending them to a country they have never been to is not subjecting them to jurisdiction.
The key is the Trumpys do not care about the law. That is one of Trump's definitions of winning.

One thing is for sure El Salvador isn't subject to our constitution and those low lifes who touched down there aren't going to be seen again.

The ends justify the means. Keep going Mr. President and tell that bald headed chicken fucker in the black robe to pound sand as many times as it takes to clean up Biden's mess.

Even if they were American citizens?

Where have Americans seen actions like these and your justifications before, Joe?

According to the Constitution, every PERSON has the right to due process, wether trump accuses them of being a non-citizen or not.

Anchor babies have not existed in decades. Children are not allowed to apply for their parents' visas until they are 21, so hardly babies. Then it goes in the waiting list, which can last over a decade. Finally, they can only get a visa if they are not here illegally, nor have been here illegally in the last 10 years.
