and we have PERSONS WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION, in which no State shall deny the equal protection of the laws.

Our Constitution has certain enumerated rights for Citizens, certain enumerated rights for ALL PEOPLE, and certain enumerated rights for any person within its jurisdiction.

Well the Constitution needs to be amended because we did not jail the CIC for relinquishing his duty to protect out borders.
All these illegals cannot be allowed to turn our legal system against us.

That's a lie. You describe a process for legal immigrants, not citizens. Once a citizen reaches 18, they will bring in dozens of family members
