As soon as someone is born in the US, he is a citizen and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. You obviously didn't think this through.
Wrong and clueless. I was born in Germany to an American father and a naturalized German mother. I wasn't given German citizenship. I was given a US citizenship.
Just as you cannot just drop a baby here if you are a citizen of another nations jurisdiction. That baby takes on the nationality of their parents.
You should do more research and get out of the basement more often. You obviously don't have a clue of what you are emoting about.
All who are born in the US,
Wrong. Not if their parents are neither a citizen or a permanent resident.
unless diplomatic restrictions are at play (recognized diplomatic immunity), are subject to the jurisdiction of the US. If you would consider eliminating your conflation of "child" with "parents," you would see a clearer picture.
You just destroyed your own argument. Yay you!
