Assuming a cell DID somehow become synthesized by some series of random unspecified events, what's it going to eat?
Photosynthesis is a complex process requiring specialization of cells and multiple chemical processes. One cell can't do it.
There are no other cells to eat.
How is such a cell going to survive, or gain sufficient energy to divide into two cells?
If TWO cells were synthesized by random unspecified events, and one cell eats the other, now what? The survivor divides into two cells. You are back to where you started, and no more...ever.

He spent millions of 3 companies who were directed to find that fraud. They all said there was no fraud that mattered to the election results.
He demanded Repub secretaries of state change the election results and "find " votes for him. They were insulted.
Trump has 100 percent accommodation at every level and he proved there was no fraud.

Only real votes were counted. The "unreal" votes are only accusations without any evidence to support it.
Those would be rejected during counting. The machine does not accept fake ballots.
