I'm guessing you didn't actually read the fact check. The title doesn't exactly match the body of the text.
Biden says he didn't have any documents marked highly classified with red borders. The fact check says they have no evidence anything in Biden's possession was marked highly classified with red borders.
Biden says he didn't read any classified information to his ghost writer. Biden read from his diaries which were not marked as classified. Information in the diaries was determined to be classified 6 years later by Hur.

And I'll bet you haven't read the Hur report either.

Only the parts where Hur speciously claims that Biden is too forgetful to put on trial -- because that conforms to her beliefs. It's like her Bible. She just picks snippets out and disregards the rest, especially all those pesky commandments and the stuff about loving your neighbor and serving God. To give due credit, she *did* try to read it but got hung up at the typo "Eiden" instead of "Biden" and couldn't get past it. :rofl2:

Okay. Let's pretend that for once, you're right. You will be respectful and agreeable with President Harris, right? Just think about it! Joe steps down. Harris becomes POTUS and finishes out his term, plus takes up his campaign. She wins in November, and does such an excellent job that she wins again in 2028.
