Yes and although he made that claim 1000 times none of his lawyers ever made that claim because they know the president cannot just magically declassify documents. It's only the ignorant Trump supporter that swallows that BS. If it were true Trump would not be facing close to 40 felony charges today.

Prosecutors don't want to take cases to court they are going to lose so the last thing they are going to do is try and bullshit a grand jury into voting to indict. You can safely assume that whatever a prosecutor presents to a grand jury is stone cold fact they can prove in a court of law. To think a prosecutor is going to lie to a grand jury to get an indictment is ridiculous.

The prosecution alleges that he did and they have the evidence to prove it or they would not have been stupid enough to charge him. Why the DoJ did not talk to you before making the charge I don't know.

Biden has absolutely nothing to do with prosecuting Trump. His chance of winning goes up astronomically if his opponent is Trump so he certainly does not want to prevent him from winning the nomination.
