She's out, but not officially yet Chap. Obama is the nominee though, yes. And there is still a general election to win, and they aren't going to get to play by different rules like it was the old days. So, she's going to have to release her returns, or, he's going to be answering questions about this up to the election.

As for Teresa Heinz, she refused as well, it was online petitions and other things that "demanded" it.
