The so-called 'Big Lie' concerning the Nazis and what they were is by Leftists, trying to blame Hitler as being a conservative. It's a redefinition fallacy. It is done to try to describe any conservative anyone (especially someone like Trump) as 'Hitler'. It's Goodwin's law all over again.

Democrats have a particular fascination it seems for the fascist Nazis, the communists of Stalin, the fascist Mussolini, and other horrid and evil people. They try to link the socialist Putin to a conservative and capitalist Trump.

This shows me something.

They know that socialism is evil, yet they push it anyway. They know what they are doing is evil, but it's a power grab. They think being The Elite puts them on top and it's worth it to steal, lie, cheat, and use socialism to do it.

Do not underestimate Democrats and how far they'll go. They will kill for their agenda if they think it gains them power.

Adolf Hitler was the darling of leftist intelligesia prior WWII. Time Magazine GUSHED about the brilliant Hitler who would save the working people crushed by the industrial powers in France and England.

But after the war, the support of Hitler by the radical left was an embarrassment. Plus the left was still enamored with and promoting Marxism.

So leftist academia did what the left does - they lied. The fascism they so dearly loved a few years prior was suddenly the product of their enemies, not them. In typical "blame the victim" mode, the Communists in academia declared without logic or reason that this form of socialism was from the "Right."

Fascism didn't use corporations in the way you think of them. They were based on the Guild structure. The state designated ownership and controlled the production plans of major industry. There was no "Stock ownership " for the public to buy. The guilds were socialism where workers committees worked with the state to maximize efficiency.

Fascism is a type of socialism, always was. Benito Mussolini designed it to be socialist.
