The power of the Presidency wasn't reduced during Obama's term. And we don't live in a dictatorship so no U.S. President is going to be able to do everything they want.

I want a clear answer on the end game for Syria after Assad goes. The answer is nobody ever had one, including the foreign policy geniuses in the State Department. Trump was correct in calling our leaders incompetent.
