I'd bet even Rasmussen the outlier will have Harris in the lead after this week, and certainly after the debates.

If Democrats are running...yes.
The polls are mostly MOE, but when you look, most have her at a slight advantage. We will see if she gets improvement with her convention, Trump did not get a bump... but maybe convention bumps are an out of date concept.
Harris has to stay in the basement to be able to survive. Her "Back in the USSR" speech last week was a complete disaster and her numbers started tanking.
Anytime she opens her mouth it's a disaster.
So how does the cheating come to play?
When the tens of thousands of Palestinians and Hamas start screaming at the DNC Convention that Biden/Harris are murdering tens of thousands of children...what then?

It happens because they know that they can not win on policy so they cheat.

The numbers are falling across the board for Harris. Most polls still show Harris ahead for the national popular vote, but all of them are declining. Across the board.
It will be interesting. Maybe she is not doing the interviews until after trump has lowered expectations enough.
