For you idiots, the alleged crimes!

Oh, lying won't alter reality - no matter what the party bosses told you. Demanding convictions with no charge is insanity - but the kind of shit we've seen from other third world thugs many times.

New York is a junta, the party is the only "law."
That’s not what he said, but then again, you’re stupid.

You consider:

Economic depression, high inflation, low money velocity, courts that convict on hate alone without specification of any crime, open crime in the cities, open invasion, fascism, and communism a great nation??????
Don't like it here? You are free to leave. Bye bye

What crime? Trump is immune.

Reasonable advice. You do not have to accept a case is 100% true. You just have to be 99% sure of the important bits to find for the prosecution. You can even be 100% sure parts are a lie, as long as it is not important to the case.
Boundary error. Denying probability mathematics won't work, Walt.

Yet that was unproven. Falsifying business records is not a felony. It's a misdemeanor and in this case, one who was long past the Statute of Limitations.

If you are going to argue something, at least come with some factual understanding of the case.
It is not even a misdemeanor UNLESS you can show intent to cover another crime.
There is no specification of crime.

Bragg cannot try Federal election crimes. The FEC clearly stated there is no case and didn't even fine the Trump campaign. Obama and Hillary did get fined, although their malfeasance deserved far more.
The FEC found violations but voted along party lines not to proceed.

"In April 2021, the Commission once again considered credible allegations that Donald J.Trump for President violated the Federal Election Campaign Act (“FECA”), this time by illegallysoliciting or directing soft money to America First Action (“AFA”), a pro-Trump super PAC thatspent almost $134 million on ads opposing Joe Biden in the 2020 election.1 Once again, the nonpartisan Office of General Counsel recommended that the Commission take action.2 And once again, the Commission failed to garner the necessary four votes to approve that recommendation, with noRepublican commissioners voting in favor.3 Subsequently, the Commission was sued for unlawfullydismissing the complaint.4"

Trump owns the business. It's also a personal expense.
Not a crime.
Business expenses are a tax deduction. Personal expenses are not a tax deduction. If you want to use business money to pay personal expenses, you must first take a distribution from the business, and then pay the expense yourself. Distributions are taxable.

This is absolutely correct.

I'll just make an additional note (for those who aren't aware) that a 'conviction' in this way is precisely the immediate goal of these kangaroo proceedings (and is, in a general sense, how lawfare operates). The Obama Regime knows full well that any 'conviction' in this way will later be overturned, but that will take time. In the meantime, they would get the opportunity to let their manipulative media hounds loose on the general public and scream "GUILTY! GUILTY! GUILTY!" for numerous news cycles, along with repeatedly planting the seed into people's minds that they shouldn't vote for a "convicted felon" for President.

By the time any appeals decision comes around, they will have already spent numerous news cycles manipulating the minds of the masses in the above manner. It's similar to how they will initially put out "good" jobs numbers, let that announcement run through the news cycle, and then later "revise" the numbers downward to hide the truth from the laypeople who don't know how that process works.

In this case, they ultimately want to manipulatively and repeatedly label Trump as a "convicted felon" before any potential election is held later this year. All the other lawfare cases aren't going well for them, so this lawfare case is their best bet of getting any sort of "guilty verdict" on Trump before November comes around.

TLDR: Lawfare is a construct for media consumption meant to manipulate public opinion. That's why Demonkkkrats only care about getting a "guilty verdict" from this kangaroo court, regardless of a higher court later overturning the ruling on appeal.
And this lunatic tactic is already blowing up in their faces.
