Nothing can ever be done about the country being divided.
We live in a nation of people with totally incompatible values.
No matter which major party is in power, half the nation is always going to be in a state of intense rage.
Possibly violent rage.

A united America is an unrealistic dream.
People as different as our political factions DON'T WANT TO GET ALONG.
It's asking too much.

Long term, the only way to prevent America from destroying itself is to partition it
as was done in Korea, Ireland, and for several decades in Germany.
The Soviet Union partitioned.
We need to be next.

That's absolutely not true...maybe not the entire country, lol, but people can learn to get along...and not live in a state of "violent rage"...it's not asking too much... you might not want to get along but many of us do...and have learned...but it takes two to tango... So those who aren't interested should just move over and get out of the way...and we wont bother you...;) (Sometimes I just move them out of the way myself...they don't even realize it and the world is a much better place...)

My personal experience over nearly eight decades suggests that it's totally true.
People are not made to get along with those trying to stop them from getting what they want.
We clearly don't want the same things.
