Bullshit. Trump is the kind of person the IRS audits regularly. Audits done on such people and corporations can take years to resolve. Most very large corporations are in a perpetual audit with the IRS but because our tax system is so convoluted and complex it can take years to wade through the thousands of pages of return from someone who is running several corporations and their personal taxes are intertwined.

I know that you think your 1040 EZ form is a challenge, but it's really nothing.

it is complicated because Trump has Secret Service protection. You cannot put them in jail. There would have to be some decisions made to resolve that problem. I wonder who would have the power to decide that? Should Biden do it?

Trump has committed no crime. He does not have to return any document. He did not lie about anything concerning the documents. Guilty of what? What is the crime?
