Okay, yeah; you're not real clear about cold blood or premeditation actually. Dunn was going to kill somebody in that SUV; and that's what happened. So the fact that he went to trial on murder 1 says that you're wrong on the face of it.

As for zipperman, He didn;t go to trial on muder 1 as I recall; that charge got dropped. We have the same mentality in both cases and in both cases an unarmed teenager died, so it sound like your wrong all the way around, and trying goad someone into proving what is already factual just sounds like you don't know what's really been going on in the Dunn case to begin with. What it shows is that you have a very narrow support of a guy carrying a gun under the 2nd Amendment.
 
Christie its not worth going back and forth. They're obviously set in their ways. You're wrong, they're right and in all respects not interested in a logical debate just mud slinging.

Moving the goalposts, nice.

First it was about specific responses to specific incidents in specific threads, now it's about a comment that didn't relate to any of those incidents.

So typical of a con diversionary tactic.

Oh, I'm very clear on the definitions.
The confusion is from what the definitions truly are and what you want them to be.

WHAT - A White Hispanic shoots and kills a Black teenager and it doesn't warrant a murder 1 charge??

OH-wait.
It was determined that Trayvon did in fact attack and assault Zimmerman and that Zimmerman acted in self defense.
