Let's start with the judge. Was he selected or randomly pulled from a pool?
Then let's move to the DA. Did he run his campaign on "getting" Trump?
Then let's look at the FEC. Did they say no laws were violated? Yes or no.

Trump had the RIGHT to pick 6 jurors of his peers. The case should have been moved to a more 50/50 Dem GOP district.

NYC has 324 judges what are the odds that THIS judge randomly got 3 highly political Trump related cases.

And there are probably not 6 people in the entire US that are as disgusting as Trump...so "peers" is a tough baby.
Well, next time, Trump should commit his crimes in areas where there is a 50/50 split.
The justice system has failed in the eyes of Trumpers who are the ones doing the failing in escaping the reach of the law, and their supporters. Granted, it struggles with reining in some of those excesses but overall it's performing pretty well. A test will come if Trump loses again.
If you're going to "start with the judge" the one to start with is Judge Cannon in the classified documents case put on the bench by very defendant she is judging.
