If evolution is real why are there still apes?

How exactly are these falsifiable theories created if there is no method or procedure for creating them? Do they arrive magically?

You do love your paradoxes.

No paradox. Fallacy fallacy.

A theory (any theory) starts out as a circular argument. Anything can inspire a theory...an observation of some event, a dream while sleeping, or even watching an episode of Sponge Bob.
To be a theory of science, the theory MUST be falsifiable. That is, it there must be at least one test available that is specific and produces a specific result that tries to break that theory. As long as a theory can withstand such tests, it is automatically a theory of science, and will remain so until if and when it is falsified.

It is not possible to prove any theory True.

If a theory has no such test available, it is not a theory of science. It remains the circular argument it started out as.

Science has NO theories about past unobserved events. It is not possible to go back in time to see what actually happened. It is not possible to test the theory.

A nonscientific theory MAY be True, or it may not. It is not possible to prove either way.

Any attempt to try to prove any circular argument creates the circular argument fallacy, which is what a fundamentalist does.

Tell us how Ohm's law is applied to water.

I can't wait to see how you are going to do the math.

But, I am sure you will just respond with "RQAA" since you are clearly blowing shit out of your ass.

For water to flow, there must be pressure and a place for it to flow. These correspond to voltage and current. Voltage is just pressure as well. Current is the actual flow.
All paths for flow carry some resistance to that flow. For water, it's friction, either in the riverbed or in the pipe. That directly corresponds to resistance in any electrical circuit.

The relationship between pressure, flow, and resistance is the same whether it's water in a riverbed, water (or any other liquid or gas) in a pipe, or electrons in a circuit. It's the same equation.
