WTF?.....hearsay is common in warrant applications because witnesses aren't brought before the judge to obtain the warrant......the applying officer TELLS the judge what witnesses are saying......that is the hearsay........the applying officer doesn't present evidence which itself is hearsay to the judge, because he knows that wouldn't be admissible in court........

Collusion was useful as a pretext.

If and when they charge Trump with something, we’re supposed to forget that Mullet was handed an investigation that was focused on Russian influence in the election. Wait for it lol. You won’t be able to bribe lefties or the News Fakers to talk about Russians if and when it happens.

But some things will not be forgotten.

Note that my first sentence is an alleged crime. Knowingly using a ruse to open a broad investigation [essentially a crime search or witch hunt] on an individual is a crime. There are a sufficient number of facts to establish a fact-pattern and probable cause.

All it takes is for someone to pull the trigger. Or pull the plug on it.

I did not infer that this is formal debate. I merely pointed out that using the Rubric Template, the score would be very low.

I have graded formal debate at the collegiate level and the parameters merit a quick perusal. Informal debate would be improved by a quick study of those parameters.
