Jan 6th will just be one part of the next indictment

Telling someone to kill your wife a hundred times isn’t erased by once saying

Kill her peacefully

A mob isn't organized but mob leaders can be. Ever heard of the Chicago Seven, Tink? Trump telling his militias to stand forward and march on the Capitol?

Why do you think the Proud Boys and Oathkeepers were so organized and ready to go on 1/6?

Because someone told them to stand back and stand by

He can claim he meant them to practice ballet poses once they got there

It’s what he actually said to them in the lead up is what matters

Not what he pretends was in his head

His words had meaning in the English language

How could they legally fight by swarming the capital?

They obviously didn't listen to him meaning he wasn't in control of it.

He told them to protest peacefully and they didn't listen to him.

From court documents we know that the four leaders of this had planned this from the get go, they were going to riot regardless of what Trump told them.

Seriously, what benefit would storming the capital have for Trump, he's not an idiot.

Do you really believe he thought 2000 people were going to take over the US government?

C'mon.

He told them to do it peacefully.

Why do you guys always leave that part out?

It was a CYA statement. He mostly told them to fight like hell: https://www.npr.org/2021/02/10/966396848/read-trumps-jan-6-speech-a-key-part-of-impeachment-trial
And you have to get your people to fight....we're going to have to fight much harder....It was going to be great and now we're out here fighting.... I'd fight. So I'd fight, they'd fight, I'd fight, they'd fight. Pop pop....our fight against the big donors, big media, big tech, and others is just getting started...And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore.

You guys? You mean retired American military officers? Why do Trump's traitors and Putin's cocksuckers always leave out the fighting words?

Why does fighting have to mean being violent?

People have legal fights all the time, sometimes people are fighting for their lives, sometimes they are fighting for political reform, sometimes they are fighting for civil rights.

Why does that phrase mean being violent to you?
