I did not say that Jarod... I stated earlier I cannot speak for the religous. Especially given that the different religions may have different views. I know you are desperate to find issues against McCain and you want to drum up 38 year old stories to try to do so, but this is quite sad.
Answer my question... If John and his former wife both knew their marriage was over (even though legally the divorce was not final) then was he "cheating"?
Again, this is assuming that they did indeed both know it was over and assuming that they were working towards divorce.
An example... my sister and ex-brother in law went through a divorce process that lasted almost a year... but they both knew it was over and were dating other people during the proceedings. Were they "cheating" on each other?

Again, were they seperated and/or in the process of divorce proceedings at the time? Whether or not he tried to make his marriage work is irrelevant. What was the status of the marriage at the time he began seeing Cindy?
