how do we guarantee that all cops will be responsible? how do we guarantee that YOU will be responsible? bottom line is that we can't. it's why we have laws for accountability. laws do not prevent mistakes, nor do they prevent all crimes.

News flash: Psychos don't have to be great marksmen. They have much better weapons than the popgun you're hiding.
