Blue Water Shipping handled the transportation and storage of pipeline segments in Germany, Finland and Sweden for Wasco. A joint venture of Boskalis and Van Oord did rock placement at the preparatory stage of construction. Ukraine is still only drafting men above the age of 25. That leaves a lot of men between the ages of 18 and 25. The reality is there is more a shortage of training than a shortage of men.

Of course, lowering the draft age further is very unpopular, and the loss of young workers would hurt an already struggling economy.

They don't need very many to match the decrepit and corrupt Russian military. Putin's thugs had to close their borders to stop the flood of Russians desperate to get the hell out co the country, after all. as we can see from the Russian trolls here, they're scraping the bottom of the gene pool now.
