Charity Navigator, which rates nonprofits, recently refused to rate the Clinton Foundation because its “atypical business model . . . doesn’t meet our criteria.”

Charity Navigator put the foundation on its “watch list,” which warns potential donors about investing in problematic charities. The 23 charities on the list include the Rev. Al Sharpton’s troubled National Action Network, which is cited for failing to pay payroll taxes for several years.

So their contributions fell and they knew it was time to clean up or go out of business. Just 4 of their top executives account for more than 10% of their contributions. Tunnels to Towers ENTIRE organization only uses 4.9% of their contributions. I contribute to Tunnels to Towers and St. Jude's

The Clinton Foundation was not put on a watch list because it was problematic. It wasn't rated because they didn't have enough information.
