Gee how about going by actual socialists? And how many pages are we on now? God. Marx isn't around anymore is he? No. So go by actual socialists who are around. Every link I gave you to socialists have given you the definitions. Use it.

OK, you are the one refusing to listen, not us.

This is like a president saying he has a new definition of liberty, another person retorting that the founding fathers described liberty, and the president responding, "What? They're not around anymore are they? No. Go by ACTUAL believers in liberty who are around."

I must have missed that. Rule by decree is a bill, isn't it?

Question: Has there been a democratic leader who has ever been granted that power, unless in times of REAL emergency?

I was surprised his leader for life bid was squashed. From what i understand, he can only run for re-election as many times as he wants, it doesn't mean he will win.
 
Venezula's constitution allows the legislature for short times to give the president the ability to rule by decree. This has been done several times in Venezula's history and has never resulted in a dictatorship.
