DIE and affirmative action aren't new to hiring, and both have become in reality sources of incompetence, often staggering incompetence, in government, the miliary, industry, and business.

What I'm openly stating is that hires under DIE and affirmative action are often incompetent and incapable of fully doing the job but were instead hired because they checked a box or three for race, gender, or other qualities not related to job performance. Been there, seen that, and had to deal with it.

You're moving the goalposts. DEI is diversity, equity and inclusion. Can you stick to the topic?

Even focusing on competence first, you still have to say who is incompetent and why.
