The Founding Fathers Were Illegal Immigrants

View attachment 2865

One of the most common arguments used to get America to accept illegal immigration is that the founders themselves were illegal immigrants. That statement is 100% true. It is also true that it is the greatest argument against illegal immigration.

Let’s take a look at what happened. They came over with ships full of colonists. They did not get any permission from the natives to land nor did they attempt to consult anybody when they got there. Yes they were illegal immigrants. They came over because they faced a tough time in their home countries and faced religious prosecution as well as a lack of economic opportunities.

What happened next? Well they had a hard time settling in. They did not know the land and how to farm it. They had to be taught how to grow corn and other crops and in the meantime supplies had to be shared by the American Indians. We have our first instance of welfare. Things worked out which lead to the first harvest and Thanksgiving.

Heavily outnumbered the colonists attempted to form relationships with the surrounding tribes forming treaties with them for self defense. In effect the American Indians were welcoming the illegal aliens in their midst and the illegal aliens tried to integrate.

The success of the original colony of course encouraged other people in Europe to make the journey. After all there was fertile land for the taking. They did not apply for permission with any of the native tribes but instead just came. Another wave of what is effectively illegal immigration.

More and more settlers came and eventually the colonies formed relationships with each other instead of the various Indian tribes, creating a separate culture and in fact later on a separate country in the same continent, The United States. We see here that the illegal immigrants did not integrate into the culture of the people who welcomed them but rather formed their own as soon as enough of them were there.

Years and years pass and events unfold causing more settlers to come in. Eventually they needed more land than what was available and the United States decide to expand westward. This led to war with the native population, the American Indian War, and eventually led to them being expelled in the Trail of Tears.

Today the American Indians who welcomed the illegal immigrants have lost most of their land and live in reservations designated for them by their conquerors, The illegal immigrant founding fathers.

I think we can see the lesson history is trying to tell us.

Trump 2016 :)

Do you have a copy of the immigration laws, that had been enacted at that time??

no we were not illegal immigrants, only retards of christie level believe this sort of thing. Native Americans didn't believe in property ownership for one, so we weren't encroaching on anything owned. Secondly they were primative people whereas we we were masters of the oceans and the globe. They didn't believe in, or have the capability/desire to have laws. If there are no laws, then we didn't do anything illegal.

Lastly, some native americans were dumb as fuck and sold us things like manhatten for like a handful of beans or whatever.

they didnt believe land could be owned

they thought they were welcoming them to live NEXT to them on the land

Seriously; why look back at the 16th century with 21st century values? PC "values" at that?
Throughout history the winners take the spoils.

the only casino style gambing in the state..

It lets us take a look at the past and see the consequences of unrestricted immigration.

point is, what we did was not illegal. we didn't break laws. we bought large chunks of lands for beads and hats and shit. lol.

I know you think you are being cute, but I live in a state that has many Native Americans. I know what I am talking about.
I don't get my info from Disney.

Virginia and the mid Atlantic and south have quite a few as well. And my ancestors as well as my wife's were the ones dealing with them from 1608 on so I too have familiarity. The missus is actually related to Pocahontas. And we had lots of army men in the family tree and before the Civil War guess who they protected the country from ?
Yeah...

On the contrary, they did consult with the tribal groups and had permission from some tribes to engage in trade and other activities.

Actually some transactions like those had no legal standing as no laws existed. On the other hand many of those transactions did violate existing laws and treaties and when ignoring those laws were inconvenient they often resorted to massacring the natives. Though that was easier said then done. The native Americans of the north east were a formidable opponent and took a shit load of American scalps before finally being defeated and there was a balance of power between the American settlers and the Native Americans that lasted for over a hundred years in which the balance of power wasn't always in the settlers favor.

The Iroquois league was both formidable and ferocious opponents.

Yes, by 1608 the Native Americans were probably a lot more hostile, the finally understood the nature of the invaders.

If you read Lewis and Clark, the majority of the Native American tribes they encountered were not hostile. They may not have all been friendly at first because they were naturally suspicious of foreigners, but by negotiating and gaining their trust they were allowed to travel through their territories.
